Refund Policy

For damages to goods that may occur during shipment to customer, Nception Brands reserves the right to either credit the customer full-price for goods or re-ship replacement goods as soon as possible. For proof of damage Nception Brands may require customer to send back damaged goods fpr evaluation.

In the event that goods received by customer have been ordered in error by customer, customer may return any/all goods to Nception Brands within 24 hours  of receipt of goods. Customer must pay any/all shipping fees and there will be a 15% restocking charge assessed for the full-price of the goods.
